The Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (RASAC) offers a free, confidential listening and support service for women and men of all ages who have been raped and/or sexually abused at any time in their lives.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse counselling service, now RASAC, was orginally set up in 1995 to provide a free, confidential helpline and one-to-one counselling for women and men over the age of 18 who have experienced sexual abuse, sexual violence or rape, at any time in their lives. It now also provides help for under 18s as well. Our office is based in Winchester, Hampshire.
