The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling service (RASAC) offers a free, confidential listening and support service for women and men who have been raped and/or sexually abused at any time in their lives, or for anyone who wants to talk about the effects of any unwanted sexual encounter.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling service, RASAC, was set up in 1995 to provide free, confidential helplines and one-to-one counselling for women, men and young people over 18 who have been sexually abused and/or raped, at any time in their lives.
